Volunteer Escort

The Club is seeking a relief escort for one of the Contact 88 minibuses we use to transport some of our members to the Club on a Thursday morning. This is not an arduous task but very necessary as the minibuses cannot function without an escort to assist the driver.

The task would involve arriving at the Contact 88 depot in Tozer Way at 9 am to pick up the members with the driver to arrive back at the Newell Centre for 10 am when the Club meeting begins. The escort woud need to return to the Newell Centre at 12.00 to pick up the same members to take them back to their homes and return the vehicle to the Contact 88 depot by 12.45/1pm.

This would not be a commitment every Thursday but would enable the Club to transport its members every week when the regular escorts are on holiday or away for anything unforeseen.
