Stroke Club receives the ChOPP

On 24 September the Club welcomed two members of ChOPP (Chichester Old People’s Partnership) – Gemma, Community Fundraiser and Lizzy, Community Engagement Worker. Since its formation two years ago, ChOPP has coordinated the work of various voluntary organisations in the Chichester District and provides a “one-stop” point of contact. Gemma Kingsman has helped the Club in their fundraising, in particular securing a Grassroots Grant from the Sussex Community Foundation. The Club is most grateful for their support during a difficult economic period and looks forward to discussing ways in which the Club’s services can be strengthened and membership increased.
